                  SALES CONTRACT FOR TICKITBOU BOXERS

This document serves as a contract between the seller (Tickitbou Boxers) and the buyer for the purpose of establishing the provisions of a sales contract.

  Whereas, Rhoda and or Wally Ace of Tickitbou Boxers herein-after called “Seller” is the owner of a Boxer, further described as follows?

Hereinafter called “Buyer” is desirous of purchasing the Boxer described above:

Now, therefore, in consideration of the sum of _____________________                                       

($__________) dollars (including applicable taxes), the Seller conveys the above described Boxer to Buyer under the following guarantees and conditions and no other guarantees or conditions are either expressed or implied.

GUARANTEE

1.  A Tickitbou Boxer is guaranteed to the age of three years.  White or Checked Boxers are not guaranteed for the following:  Skin conditions, bilateral or unilateral deafness, and eye problems.  Every dog is health checked before it leaves our home, however the purchaser is urged to have the dog examined within 72 hours of purchase.  Our guarantee covers any proven hereditary health problem that will prevent the dog from fulfilling its normal life expectancy in a healthy, happy manner.  If a health issue does arise in the guaranteed time frame, the purchaser agrees to release all veterinarian records to the Seller’s Veterinarian of choice, for the purpose of review. The Seller will also have the opportunity to have the dog in question examined by a Veterinarian of her choice, at her expense.  If it is determined at this time that the ailment in question will prevent the dog from fulfilling its normal life expectancy in a healthy, happy manner, at the Sellers discretion, either a replacement dog or refund will be given.  If a refund is given, the dog will be returned, and all registration papers will be assigned to the Seller.

2. The Seller will not reimburse any medical expenses.

3.   All pet puppies are sold on a Non breeding contract and must be spayed or neutered by 15 months of age.

4.  Registration papers for White or Checked puppies will not be provided until such time when proof of sterilization is provided

5.  Show/ breeding prospects are guaranteed to be free of disqualifying faults listed in their breed standard.

6. If a show/breeding prospect is deemed by the seller to no be suitable for show/breeding, the dog will be returned to the seller and al registration papers will be assigned to the seller.  Said dog shall be replaced, at the Sellers earliest convenience, with a dog suitable for the original intent.  If the purchaser wishes to retain the original dog, they will pay the Seller, the Sellers normal pet price for said dog, and provide the Seller with proof that said dog has been spayed or neutered.

CONDITIONS

§  The Purchaser will properly house their Tickitbou Boxer that they will provide a safe, fenced environment for exercise and enjoyment.  Any dog sold under this agreement will not be chained, tied or tethered.  Violation of this can result in confiscation of the above described dog.

§  If this dog is sold as a pet, it must be spayed or neutered by 1 year of age.  If it is found that this dog has been bred, weather intentional or accidental, a $5,000 fine will be paid to the breeder for every time said dog is mated.  This will apply to both males and females.

§  Purchaser will feed only a quality, natural food as recommended by the     Seller.

§  We believe that Heartworm and Flea prevention medication may be detrimental to the health of your dog.  If you feel this product is essential to the health of your dog, please do not use any combination products, choose the product that stays in the blood stream for the shortest amount of time, and use the product only in the months most needed.  Never give this product to a young puppy.

§  .If this puppy is sold with Natural ears, the Purchaser agrees that they   will not have said puppies ears cropped at a later date.

§  If the Purchaser can no longer care for said dog, they agree that they will return the dog to the Seller.  If the dog is to be re-homed/sold, those monies will be reimbursed to the Purchaser, less expenses incurred while the dog was in residence with the Seller.  Under no circumstances is the Purchaser allowed to re-sell said dog without our written consent.  WE MUST KNOW WHERE ALL OUR DOGS ARE!

§  We believe it to be in the best interest of the dog to follow the Vaccination Schedule set forth by DR. Jean Dodds (see attached).  The purchaser agrees, that every attempt will be made to follow this schedule

§  The Purchaser agrees that if neglect or abuse is suspected or reported the Seller has the right to repossess said dog and the Purchaser will assign all papers applicable to the ownership of said dog to the Seller.

§  The Purchaser also fully understands that if any of these conditions are not met, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this agreement without notice.

This contract is non-transferable and constitutes the full agreement of the parties. 

  I the undersigned understand this is not an arbitrary contract and that of these terms are common in the sale of purebred dogs.

Wherefore, the above named Seller and Buyer have executed the foregoing contract of Sale, on this                     day of                         ,
