What's New?

Summer 2007	August was a great month. The middle of the month, Kyle and I attended the Temiskamine Kennel Club shows. Laredo picked up 5 group placements, and we finished his son, new Ch.Tickitbou's The President. Kyle had an exceptionally great time there, earning 5 group placements, 6 BPIG's and 2 Best puppy in Shows. Our next show was Stormont Dundas and Glengary. Tickitbou's Obsession picked up 5 points towards her championship and Kyle and Dodger did it again with another Best Puppy in Show, bringing their total to 7 BPIS, and 27 BPIG! Ch. Tickitbou and Bellagio Nostalgia went BPIS at the Limestone show under Mr. Gelanis. Shooter is owned and loved by John and Lori Roper of Bellagio Boxers. Shooter finished his Ch. quickly under Lori's guidance with a big Sweepstake win along the way. He was shown to his BPIS by Rhoda. Laredo has been picking up Breed and group wins and placings this summer along with a BOS at the Canadian National under judge Shirley Bell of Bellcrest Boxers. His son Tickitbou's the President is well on his way to his championship and took a BPIG at Kawartha under Mr. J. Reeve-Newson. Our Marshall ex Gossip daughter, Tango, is sitting on 5 points as a junior puppy and will stay home for a while now to mature. Adam (Champagne Windkist Touch of Sable) our Tucker son, went BOW his one and only time in the ring. He has been home maturing a bit, but will re-enter the ring at Long Sault and Sudbury.
2007	Kyle and Dodger have done it again. The Duo now have 18 BPIG, 4BPIS and multiple breed wins and group placings. Dodger can also add a Ch. in front of his name. Kyle successfully handled Dodger to his Championship at the Kars show.
	Limestone city Kennel Club Ch. Tickitbou's L'Image sire: BISS/BIS Am. Ch. Capri WoodsEnd Spellcaster ex BIS Ch. Tickitbou's Caution Black Ice DOM Chilly is shown completing her championship under Jan Buchanan. The following day as a Special, Chilly took Best of Breed under Breeder Judge Eve Whitmore. Chilly's next step will be mother hood. Watch for an exciting litter in '07.
July 9 /06	Boxer Club Of Western Ontario. Tickitbou's L'Image Chilly was awarded best senior in Sweeps.
July 7 /06	Oxford Kennel Club. - Tickitbou's L'Image (Chilly ) takes WB, leaving her just 1 point away from completing her Championship.
July 1 /06	Kawartha Kennel Club- Tickitbou's Luminescence - (Shimmer) takes BOB from the classes to complete her Championship. Spencer went on to a Gr 2. in a very competitive toy group, under Michael Shoreman.
June 30 /06	Kawartha Kennel Club- Tickitbou's Luminescence (Shimmer) takes winners bitch under Michael Shoreman. Spencer, our black and tan smooth Griff, take a Gr. 3 under Judge Al Bennet.
June 17 /06	Was a great day at the Kingston Show. Tickitbou's Suspense (Brussels Griffon) can now add Ch. in front of his name. Wally finished Spenser with a Gr 4th. To top the day off, Laredo won Group 1st under respected breeder judge Walter Pinsker. Laredo also picked up a gr 4th the next day under Thora Brown.
June 8 /06	News from ABC National Specialty Ch. Tickitbou's Caution Black Ice DOM places in a very completive Brood Bitch class (photo) Ch. Storybook's Crazy for Tickitbou SOM takes home a 3rd place in an outstanding line up of 6 to 10 veteran dogs.(photo) Our biggest thrill was our 13 year old girl Nevada (Ch. Jagerhouse Jackpot). She wowed the crowd and judge with here effortless and youthful movement and showmanship and place 3rd in the 10 and over veteran bitch class.(photo) Ch. Tickitbou's Laredo helped his sire, Am. Ch. Capri Woods End Spellcaser, win the Stud Dog class. (click here for photo). Congratulation also goes out to Loki who went on to win the Specialty.
April 2006	April 7 2006. Laredo wins BOW, BOB, Gr 2, and BPIS This gives him 7 points towards his Championship. His sisters Luminescence and L'Image were WB, and RWB. April 8 2006 - New Champion. Laredo completes his championship in just 5 days of showing by going WD, BOW, BOB and Gr 3. Luminescence was WB. April 9 2006 - L'Image goes WB for 3 points and Laredo takes the Breed. January 2006	Griff babies are here! Born January 19/05 we have 2 boys and 1 girl. All are beige, coat type to be determined. Enquiries welcome. Dam: Tickitbou's Diamond In The Rough (red rough) Sire: Tickitbou's Suspense (B/T smooth)
November 2005	Syracuse * Friday, WD, BOW was our 7 month old baby boy, Tickitbou's Laredo. Laredo was handled to his win by Diego Garcia. WB was his mom, at 5 1/2 year's young,Can. Ch. Tickitbou's Caution Black Ice. Saturday at the Specialty, Laredo took RWD Ice again garnered WB, as well as BOW and BOS under John Conelly. Sunday, Ice again took WB, and BOW.
Sept 4th, 2005	Ch Shadowdale 'N Tickitbou Playboy (sired by our 'Nick') - new Champion! Owned by Rhoda & Wally Ace - Tickitbou Boxers reg. bred by Mary Curl - Shadowdale Boxers Perm. Reg.
July 22, 23 & 24th 2005	Shadowdale 'N Tickitbou Playboy (sired by our 'Nick') - 5 points winning WD Friday, BOW Saturday, BOW/BP Sunday.
July 17, 2005	Ch Tickitbou's Cracker Jack (Brussels Griffon) finishes his Championship in grand style by winning a very strong toy group, puppy group and puppy in show. He also went on to win a group 4 and puppy group that weekend. The following week as a special he was awarded a group 2nd and 4th as well as two more puppy groups and a puppy in show. Crackers was shown to perfection by Linda Thompson.
July 15 &16 2005	Ch Shadowdale 'N Tickitbous Romeo (sired by our 'Nick') finished his Championship on Saturday July 16th As a Special on Sunday took the breed and Group 4th!! Owned by Rhoda & Wally Ace - Tickitbou Boxers reg bred by Mary Curl - Shadowdale Boxers Perm. Reg.
June 9, 2005	Gossip whelps a litter of 9. This is the first litter for the Sire Jaye.
June 6, 2005	Shadowdale's Making Mischief, a Nick daughter bred and owned by Mary Curl - Shadowdale Boxers perm. reg., finishes her Championship in grand style by going BOW at the Canadian National.
June 5 2005	Tickitbou Boxers receives the Donessel Trophy for the Kennel producing the most champions (12). Ice is named BCC Dam of The Year, having 6 champion get for the year 2004. Ice is awarded her DOM Abba is awarded her DOM Nick receives his SOM

2004
December 10	Lennox (Ch Tickitbou's Fair Play) is a new champion! This make his mom Tickitbou's Abracadabra a DOM, and champion # 5 for Levi. This also makes the 12th champion for Tickitbou Boxers for 2004. Special thanks to all the wonderful co-owners who helped make this possible.
November 29	Tickitbou's N Douceur Imagination is a New Champion. Gina finished her championship this weekend at the United Kennel Club under Maxine Beam. She then went on to win the puppy group. This makes champion # 6 for Ice, and Champion #10 for Nick. Gina is owned by Dale Scale of Douceur Boxers and Tickitbou. Pictures coming soon.
November 24	We have a new Dam of Merit and Sire of Merit. Champion # 4 for Ice finished in August completing the requirements for her award. Champion # 7 for Nick finished in September giving him his SOM. Ch. # 5 finished for Ice! How appropriate that "Brew" (Tickitbou's Intoxicating) completed her Championship on Halloween. This gal finished with 2 BOB, 1 GR 2nd, 4 BPIG, and 1 BPIS. Champion #3 for Abba ex Levis breeding. Tickitbou's French Kiss finished November 13. Her brother Lennox is sitting on 9 points. Oakley has a new litter. Ice will be bred to Multi BIS, BISS, Am. Ch. Capri WoodsEnd Spellcaster in February. Congratulation to Mary Curl and Michelle and Al St. Pierre on thier new Ch. Ch. Shadowdale's Crazy By Design finished in 2 weekends, making Ch. # 9 for dad, Nick.
